Monitorcontractualobligations,milestones,financialarrangementsandcounterpartyrequirements
Interpretcomplexcontractualprovisionsandtranslatethemintoclearactionsandprocesses
Maintainaccuratecontractrecords,registers,systemsandreporting
Identifycontractual,financialandcomplianceissuesandensureappropriatefollow-upandescalation
Coordinatewithexternalcounterpartiesandinternallegal,finance,commercialandgovernancestakeholders
Produceclear,concisereportingandwrittenbriefings
Contributetothecontinuousimprovementofcontractmanagementsystems,processesandgovernance.

Qualifications&experience;
Thereisnosingleprescribedcareerpathintothisposition.Relevantexperiencecouldcomefrombankingorinstitutionalfinancialservices,projectorinfrastructurefinance,structuredortradefinance,financialmarketsormiddle-officeoperations,PPPs,commercialoperations,governance,riskandcompliance,energyorinfrastructure.

Strongfinancialacumenandtheabilitytounderstandfinancialprovisionswithincomplexagreements
Experienceworkinginasophisticated,regulatedorhighlygovernedenvironment
