About the opportunity:

As the Residential Aged Care Manager, you willprovide operational, clinical, and strategic leadership of thehome, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centredcare that upholds residents' dignity, choice, and independence.
Reporting to the General Manager – Residential Aged Care, you willbe accountable for overall home performance, includingworkforceleadership,financial management, quality and complianceoversight,occupancyoutcomes, risk management, and continuous improvement.This is an opportunity to lead a dedicated multidisciplinary teamwithin a values-based organisation committed tocreatingcommunitieswhere people are loved, accepted, and supported toreach their full potential.
Your day-to-day will involve:
Leading day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring thedelivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care alignedwith Carinity's Mission, Vision, and Values.
Providing leadership and oversight tomultidisciplinaryteamsincluding nursing, care, hospitality,lifestyle,chaplaincy,administration and support services.
Driving compliance with the Aged Care Act ****, Aged CareQuality Standards,



Aged Care Code of Conduct and allrelevantlegislativeregulatory requirements.
Managing workforce planning, staffing, rosters, careminutes, performance development, employee engagement andretention initiatives.
Leading quality, safety, and risk managementactivitiesincludingincident management, complaints resolution, audits,continuous improvement programs andaccreditationreadiness.
Managing home budgets, occupancy performance, resourceallocation and funding optimisation strategies to achieveoperational and financial objectives.
Oversight of clinical governance, residentwellbeing,safeguarding,infection prevention and control, and servicequality outcomes.
Building strong relationships with residents, families,staff, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to fostertrust, transparency, and excellent resident experiences.
About you:
Demonstrated experience managing a Residential AgedCare home, with responsibility foroperational,workforce,quality, and financial outcomes.
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act****, Aged Care Quality Standards, governance, riskmanagement, and compliance requirements.
Proven ability to lead, coach,



anddevelopmultidisciplinaryteams while fostering apositive,accountable,and values-driven workplace culture.
Experience managing budgets, occupancy targets, workforceplanning, care minutes, and resource allocation within aresidential aged care workplace.
Strong understanding of clinical governance,continuousimprovement,incident and complaints management, andaccreditation processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills,with the ability to build effective relationships withresidents, families, staff, and external partners.
Registered Nurse (Division 1) qualification with AHPRAregistration (preferred)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability toobtain)
Current Driver's Licence
