What You'll Own
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and visitors — and the steady operator who keeps communication, logistics, and admin flowing smoothly.
Your day will include:
Answering and transferring incoming calls, taking clear and accurate messages
Greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
Entering data into Salesforce with high attention to detail
Assisting with the office email system and general admin
Communicating with suppliers to ensure materials meet tolerance, specifications, deadlines, and order requirements
Updating customers on order progress,



including weekly Customer Order Status Reports
Responding promptly to customer concerns andnegotiating feasible resolutionswith suppliers and stakeholders
Crafting clear, polished written communication — you'll be thewordsmithwho represents the brand professionally
Building strong product knowledge across Packaging & Industrial products
Arranging company travel and managing itineraries
Supporting the team with ad‐hoc duties as needed
