Job Description

Borg on the Central Coast NSW is seeking an Employment Relations Business Partner to lead complex ER/IR matters across our national operations. This hands-on role partners with leaders, HR teams and operations managers to shape enterprise-wide outcomes in a energetic multi-site setting.

You will negotiate Enterprise Agreements in unionised settings, guide compliance with the Fair Work Act and up-to-date awards, and represent the business in conciliations.
