Lead warehouse staff to ensure goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise team: Assign tasks, monitor performance, train staff, and run shift briefings.
n
Manage operations: Oversee receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch to ensure orders are accurate and on time.
n
Safety: Ensure compliance with WHS policies, conduct safety checks, and promote a secure work environment.
n
Performance: Monitor KPIs (pick rates, accuracy, dispatch times) and support process improvements.
n
Communication: Coordinate with supervisors, inventory,
and transport teams; elevate issues when needed.
n
Systems: Use WMS and RF scanners, track workflow, and maintain accurate reporting.

Skills & Experience

Warehouse/logistics experience with team leadership or supervision
n
Knowledge of WMS and RF scanners
n
Solid communication, problem-solving, and ability to meet deadlines
n
Inventory control experience
n
n
Preferred

Forklift licence (LF)
n
Experience in 3PL logistics

Work Environment
n
Quick-paced warehouse, may involve shift work and physical activity.
