Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy, rapid-paced contract logistics operation within a well-established global logistics environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving team performance, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring accurate stock control.

n

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate a team of warehouse staff
n
Manage daily workloads and allocate resources effectively
n
Ensure accurate stock movements and system updates (WMS)
n
Oversee inventory control and stock reconciliations
n
Drive team performance against KPIs
n
Manage attendance, leave and general team matters
n
Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance
n

About You:

n

n
Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role
n
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory systems
n
Confident managing teams and performance
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n




Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Valid driver's licence
n
