Job Description

Superloop is seeking a Systems Support Team Leader in Brisbane to helm a 24x7 support Centre, driving triage, incident handling and rapid resolution for critical systems. You will partner with development and third‐party vendors to restore functionality and maintain customer experience.

You will guide Analysts, ensure proper escalation, and push proactive monitoring with explicit reporting. Robust ITIL, SQL, and cloud/API experience are essential for success.
