Job Description

Prepare high quality meals for diners
n
Follow safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen
n
Manage less experienced kitchen staff and delegate tasks related to meal prep, cooking and delivering food to diners in a timely fashion
n
Support the Head Chef in all duties
n

Required Skills and Experience

n

n
Recognised chef qualification e.g Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
n
3+ years as a Chef in a full-service restaurant
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting
n
Experience in Asian fusion is a preference but not essential
