POSITION

Due to an internal restructuring and growth, the position of Practice Manager has been created.

n

This role will involve the successful candidate working alongside the executive team to provide the following:

n

Managing the day to day operations of the firm
n
Managing the team and managing workflow
n
Special projects and implementing new systems and processes
n
Ensure compliance
n

n

CANDIDATE

n





The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

n

n
5+ years experience in a leadership role within financial planning
n
Outstanding leadership skills
n
Solid working knowledge of Xplan
n
Exceptional attention to detail
n
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
n
Ability to be a team player
n
