Job Description

Virgin Australia is seeking Guest Services Agents to join our airport team. You'll be the first face guests see, delivering warm, empathetic service and helping with check-in, documentation, and boarding.

You'll handle disruptions, special requirements, and service announcements, maintaining a calm, solution-focused approach. You'll work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays, with a minimum commitment of 50 hours per fortnight, and enjoy extensive staff advantages and training
