Multisteps is currently seeking a Site administrator for food packaging and Film sheet manufacturing based in Narangba, Queensland

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Provide administrative support to the Operations and Management teams.
n
Manage reception duties, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
n
Coordinate contractor bookings, inductions, permits, and site access.
n
Assist with purchase orders, supplier invoices, and procurement administration.
n
Maintain production, quality, maintenance, and safety records.
n
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting minutes.
n
Coordinate office supplies, stationery, uniforms, and PPE orders.
n
Assist with employee onboarding, training records, and personnel documentation.
n
Support scheduling of maintenance, servicing, and contractor activities.
n
Maintain filing systems and company documentation.
n
Assist with data entry into ERP systems (SAP experience highly regarded).
n
Support HSEQ administration including document control, incident records, audits,



and compliance documentation.
n
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements when required.
n
Provide general administrative support across all departments as needed.
n

About You

n

To be successful in this role you will have:

n

n
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments.
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
n
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
n
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
n
Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is highly desirable.
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
Qualified and friendly customer service skills.
n
A proactive attitude with solid problem-solving abilities.
