Job Description

Arrow Group in Australia is seeking an experienced WHS skilled to own safety, compliance and risk across a national operational network. Reporting to the HR Director, you will shape the WHS framework and embed a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.

This hands-on role focuses on coaching leaders, conducting site visits, risk assessments and incident investigations while driving governance, audits and continuous improvement across the business.
