Fogarty Search is partnering with a high-performing national firm to appoint an experienced lawyer into its Corporate team in Melbourne.

The firm is known for its collaborative culture, robust national integration and commitment to developing senior lawyers into visible, influential roles within the practice.

This prospect will suit a motivated lawyer with at least 5 years' PQE across M&A;, corporate advisory, private transactions and/or ECM, gained from a respected law firm or in-house setting.

The team advises across:

Private M&A; and corporate transactions

Capital markets and capital raisings
n
Listings and ECM matters
n
Venture capital and growth-stage investments
n
Corporate governance and advisory
n
Commercial contracts and strategic arrangements
n

You will have the opportunity to play a significant role on transactions, mentor junior lawyers, and work closely with partners who are deeply invested in the growth of the practice.
