Job Description

Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager — TC's/Gaming to lead gaming and bar operations, drive revenue and grow local patronage. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee promotions, compliance, and a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage relationships with gaming partners, ensure RSA/RSG compliance, and champion responsible gaming while optimizing profitability and service standards.
