BMG Engineering Services is looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our maintenance team. This is a casual position offering $60 per hour, with the prospect to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to ensure effective and reliable plant operations. Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, you'll be involved in preventative maintenance, breakdown repairs, fault finding, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Requirements

Trade qualification as a Maintenance Fitter
n




TIG welding experience (essential)
n
Previous food manufacturing/food industry experience (essential)
n
Robust fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Commitment to workplace health and safety
n
