We are looking for experienced Maintenance Handyperson / All-Rounder to work with a leading Gold Coast contractor completing maintenance and repairs across property portfolios for real estate agencies throughout the Gold Coast.

This is a casual position with consistent ongoing work available for the right person. You'll attend residential rental properties and complete a variety of maintenance and repair jobs independently.

The Role

Work will include:
General property maintenance and repairs
Carpentry repairs and minor installations
Plasterboard repairs and patching
Door, lock, handle and hinge repairs
Skirting boards and architraves
Wall and ceiling repairs
Minor painting and touch-ups
Fencing and gate repairs
General handyman and maintenance tasks
Identifying and reporting additional works required
Providing photos and explicit updates on completed jobs

What The Company is Looking For
Proven experience in carpentry, plastering and general property maintenance
Strong all-round maintenance and repair skills
Must have your own tools
Must have reliable transport and a current driver's licence




Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
Reliable, organised and able to manage multiple jobs throughout the day
Professional presentation and valuable communication skills
Respectful and qualified when working in tenants’ homes
Carpentry certificate desirable but not essential
Previous real estate or rental property maintenance experience highly regarded
