Job Description

The role responsibilities:

Plan and execute data migration activities for the Workday platform.
n
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process.
n
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate data requirements.
n
Develop and implement data mapping and transformation strategies.
n
Monitor and troubleshoot data migration processes to resolve issues promptly.
n
Work closely with the technology team to align data migration with system configurations.
n




Document data migration processes and outcomes for future reference.
n
Provide guidance and support to team members on data-related tasks.
n

The Successful Applicant
n
A successful Workday Data Migration Lead should have:

Extensive experience with Workday data migration processes.
n
Strong technical expertise in data mapping and transformation.
n
Proficiency in tools and technologies related to data migration.
n
Solid understanding of data integrity and quality assurance practices.
n
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
