Job Description

Bupa Medical - Bowral Medical Hub is seeking a Casual Medical Receptionist to join our busy clinic. You'll be the friendly first contact for patients, manage bookings, handle payments and insurance queries, and keep the reception area running smoothly.

Ideally you'll have GP medical reception experience and familiarity with Best Practice. You'll coordinate appointments with the care team, support patient check‐in, and contribute to a calm, qualified patient journey every day.
