About the Role
n
As part of our restaurant team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional table service while creating a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
n
Your duties will include:
n
n
Greeting and seating guests with a friendly attitude
n
Taking food and beverage orders accurately
n
Delivering meals and drinks efficiently
n
Providing attentive service throughout each dining experience
n
Clearing and resetting tables
n
Assisting with restaurant setup and pack downWorking closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
n
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
n
n
The applicant must have:
n
n
A passion for delivering both the best food & service standards always
n
A positive attitude and genuine passion for customer service
n
Previous experience in a fast paced restaurant / pub / venue
n
Some knowledge in local wines and beverage service
n
Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
n
Be available on weekends, nights and public holidays including Boxing Day through Recent yearsperiod & Summer
n
The ability to work in a rapid paced busy environment & multi task with thea bility to stay calm and organised during busy service periods
n
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
n
Well-presented with a professional approach
n
