Job Description
n
We're seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Appian expertise to support digital transformation initiatives for a leading banking client. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into scalable Appian workflows and process improvements.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Gather, analyse, and document business, functional,



and non-functional requirements.
n
Map current vs. target-state processes and define Appian aligned solutions.
n
Collaborate with Appian developers to ensure clarity of requirements and solution feasibility.
n
Facilitate workshops, user story creation, process mapping, and gap analysis.
n
Support SIT/UAT activities, including test planning and defect triage.
n
Ensure solutions align with banking standards, compliance, and risk frameworks.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
5+ years Business Analyst experience within financial services.
n
Solid exposure to Appian (process modelling, workflows, UI concepts).
n
Ability to translate business problems into structured digital process solutions.
n
Excellent documentation, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
n
Experience in Agile delivery environments.
