Creative Designer - Content & Campaigns

Head of Marketing / Creative Director

Byron Bay Office, 5 days/week
About the Role
We're a menswear brand looking for a Creative Designer to join our Marketing Team. We operate like a mini-content agency. Big ideas, slick execution, fast and fun.
First and foremost, this is a Graphic Design role, with some Art Direction on shoots.
Daily, you'll be designing stills and carousels for Meta Ads and organic social posts.
Weekly, you'll fully own the Email Marketing channel from start to finish.
Monthly, you'll work on a larger scale campaign, where you'll fully own the design side of our multichannel marketing from campaign posters to emails, website and socials. On shoots, you'll be our assistant art director.
So it's not 100% a desk job. We do get out. And it's very fun.
What You'll Be Doing
Fully owning the design element of creative multichannel marketing campaigns
Designing for social, web and print
Fully owning the email marketing channel. Design, copywriting, building and scheduling
Creating and optimising email flows
Helping in the concepting stage to bring campaign ideas to life
Assisting in Art Direction on shoots

Ability to wear different hats
Copywriting skills for email
Experience designing for Meta Ads or email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo)
