TLH Recruitment is proudly representing an established and growing civil engineering and construction contractor based in Western Sydney, seeking an experienced Site Foreman / Supervisor to join their team. Specialising in early works and civil projects across the residential and commercial sectors, they are looking for a strong site leader with proven experience across earthworks, excavation and shoring operations.
Working closely with the Director and Project Manager, you will take responsibility for coordinating day-to-day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily site activities, including earthworks and shoring operations
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, plant, machinery and equipment
Interpret construction drawings, specifications and project documentation
Ensure works are completed in accordance with project requirements
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and other project stakeholders
Maintain compliance with WHS, environmental and company requirements
Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions and safety inspections
Manage SWMS, ITPs, quality assurance documentation and project records
Identify site and project risks and implement practical solutions
Attend project meetings and relevant compliance and training activities
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
Proven experience as a




Site Foreman or Site Supervisor within civil construction
Strong experience across
earthworks, excavation and shoring projects
Sound knowledge of WHS, construction compliance and quality requirements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation
Current
White Card
Valid driver's licence
Diploma in
Construction Management and/or Project Management
highly regarded
A strong commitment to safety, quality and efficient project delivery
What's on Offer
$150,000–$170,000

Hours:
Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00am–5:00pm, with some Saturday work potentially required.
Additional information
$150,000 - $170,000, depending on experience
