Talent Acquisition Specialist - 12 Month Temporary Assignment
Due to internal promotion, a well respected and recognised organisations is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their collaborative Talent team on a 12 month temporary assignment. It's a great prospect to work within a supportive, high-performing recruitment function in longer term temp role.
Working Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply, provided you have sufficient work rights to commit to the full 12 month assignment.
The Opportunity
Working within a Specialist Professional Services recruitment team, you will partner with internal stakeholders across functions including Finance, Payroll, Legal, Governance, Compliance and Communications.
As part of a broader Talent team, you'll manage a portfolio of vacancies while providing expert recruitment coordination, stakeholder support and candidate care throughout the entire hiring process. Candidates can expect a busy and varied role, with the team managing a high volume of recruitment activity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of professional services roles
Partner with hiring managers to take recruitment briefs and develop sourcing strategies
Draft and manage job advertisements
Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities




Deliver exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Utilise LinkedIn and other sourcing channels to identify talent
Provide advice and support to stakeholders on recruitment best practice
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes
Support Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives as required
About You
Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
Excellent administration and organisational capabilities
High attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes
Experience managing multiple vacancies and competing priorities
Confidence working directly with hiring managers
Experience using recruitment systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK or similar platforms
A proactive, calm and solutions focused approach
