The Role

Working collaboratively with your Site Manager and Project Manager to achieve key milestones and drive programme
n
Ability to work autonomously looking after structures and managing large numbers of trades and direct staff
n
Excellent build knowledge and people management
n
We are looking for a foreman who can both work within a large team but with the ability to work autonomously as required
n

Experience/Qualifications Required

n

n




Minimum 5 year's proven experience for a head contractor in Australia.
n
Strong understanding of construction processes, building regulations, and safety standards.
n
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
n
A solid commitment to quality, safety, and environmental sustainability.
n
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
n
Extensive experience in managing large, complex projects
n
Proficiency in project management software and construction documentation.
n
