We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major customer identity transformation program, helping deliver the migration from Okta to Auth0 within a large enterprise environment.
n
This is a high-profile initiative focused on modernising customer authentication, enabling single sign-on (SSO), uplifting multi-factor authentication (MFA), and establishing a scalable customer identity platform.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Capture and analyse business, functional and technical requirements.
n
Document current and future state authentication journeys, identity flows and business processes
n
Facilitate workshops across business, product, architecture, security and vendor teams.
n
Create high-quality user stories,



acceptance criteria and process maps.
n
Support backlog grooming, story refinement and agile delivery.
n
Contribute to RFI/RFP activities and vendor engagement.
n
Support solution design, testing and implementation activities.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within large enterprise programs.
n
Experience working across business and technical stakeholders.
n
Robust process mapping, workshop facilitation and requirements management skills.
n
Ability to work independently in complex environments.
n
n
Highly Desirable
n
n
Identity & Access Management (IAM / CIAM).
n
OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML.
n
SSO, MFA and customer authentication solutions.
n
API integrations and
authentication/token
-based security models.
n
n
