Responsibilities
n

Design and develop air and sea freight solutions for cross-border and international logistics projects across AU & NZ.
n
Support commercial negotiations with shipping lines, airlines, freight partners and forwarders.
n
Integrate multi-party resources to deliver competitive, reliable and cost-effective transport solutions.
n
Support major cross-border supply chain projects with end-to-end transport solution design.
n
Drive regional freight forwarding revenue growth and improve carrier and resource competitiveness.
n
Analyse market capacity, rates and routing options to optimise solution performance.
n
Work closely with sales,



operations and overseas partners to ensure successful solution implementation.
n
Maintain solution documentation, pricing models and commercial proposals.
n

Requirements
n
Proven experience in international sea freight, shipping, aviation, or cross-border logistics solutions.
n
Strong communication skills in internal and external.
n
Experience in large-scale cross-border supply chain projects is highly regarded.
n
Solid understanding of air freight, sea freight and international trade operations.
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, service and risk.
n
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and coordination skills.
n
Results-driven with the ability to take ownership of regional freight revenue performance.
n
EXCEPTIONAL English communication skills (written and verbal) are MUST.
n
Strong proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for this role, as the position requires daily communication with our China-based headquarters and reading/writing internal documents in Mandarin.
