We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team in a full-time role. You will work closely with our Group Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, agile kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan menus, develop recipes, and oversee food preparation
n
Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent, high-quality output
n
Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
n
Manage stock levels and place orders as required
n
Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure seamless service
n
Continuously improve kitchen processes and efficiency
n
n
About You
n
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Head Chef/Sous Chef, or 3 years as a qualified Chef
n
Solid knowledge of food preparation, plating, and presentation
n
Excellent time management and ability to perform under pressure
n
Proven leadership and team development skills
n
Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients
n
Adaptable availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
n
Valid food safety and hygiene certification
n
Valid Australian work visa or work authorisation required.
