Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.

Ensure all amenities are replenished and in good condition.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.

Assist in the laundry process, ensuring linens are clean and well-presented.

Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a protected working environment.

Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
