SSI is seeking a Refugee & Disability Employment Advocate to support people with disability from refugee backgrounds in achieving meaningful employment.
The role sits within the Inclusive Employment Australia program, delivering personalised employment support and managing a diverse caseload.
The Advocate will collaborate with an operations manager and multidisciplinary team to create inclusive employment pathways, engage employers, and drive labour market outcomes while maintaining compliance
