About the NISSMAP Light Vehicle Apprenticeship:
Assist qualified technicians in diagnosing and servicing Nissan vehicles
Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas
Learn to perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tyre rotations, and brake inspections
Work with cutting-edge diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve automotive problems
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised workspace
The ideal NISSMAP Light Vehicle Apprentice:
Passionate about a career in the Automotive industry
Committed to an apprenticeship, including studies at TAFE
Desire to learn and grow further
The ideal NISSMAP Light Vehicle Apprentice:
Passionate about a career in the Automotive industry
Committed to an apprenticeship, including studies at TAFE
Desire to learn and grow further
Hold a current and valid drivers licence
Previous experience, including a Cert II in Automotive, is beneficial, but not essential
Accelerated NISSMAP program, with the ability to complete your apprenticeship in 2.8 Years
Complete specialised Nissan training through their online learning academy




Obtain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology upon completion
Ongoing support throughout your apprenticeship from your WPC Group Mentor

About NISSMAP:
The Nissan Mentored Apprenticeship Program (NISSMAP) is Nissan Australia's flagship apprenticeship initiative, delivered in partnership with WPC Group.
It provides dealerships with access to high-quality, pre-screened apprentices trained exclusively in specialised Nissan classrooms using genuine tools, vehicles and systems through the Nissan Training Academy.
NISSMAP apprentices graduate with a nationally recognised Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology and Certified Nissan Technician status.
With 84% retention versus a 49% national average, structured mentoring, flexible placement options and full administrative management by WPC Group, NISSMAP delivers skilled, productive technicians - faster, smarter and built for tomorrow's automotive technology.
