About the Role
n
We are immediately seeking a fulltime permanent Service Coordinator to join our Service Team in Truganina, Victoria.
n
Duties will include
n
n
Assist with the coordinating of the day-to-day operations of the Melbourne service team
n
Work side by side with the Service Supervisor
n
Plan and schedule jobs
n
Liaise with customers & suppliers
n
Process timesheets
n
Liaise with Clients
n
Process supplier invoices
n
General office duties and administration for these service teams
n
Assist management with administrative tasks when required
n
Ensure that work is completed and performed within agreed times a
n
Coordinate and manage mobilisation for projects and shutdowns.
n
Collaborate with operations to ensure job ready workforces meet compliance standards which includes managing qualifications, inductions, medicals and training.
n
Job costing and invoicing upon completion of respective job.
n

About You
n
n
Minimum 3 years' experience in an administrative role in Service division
n
Confident handling multiple tasks in a rapid-paced environment
n
Must have experience in records, documentation, financial administration, office support, stakeholder management
n
Solid organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent communication skills with customers and internal teams
n
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
n
