Job Description

Positive People HR partners with a growing Melbourne manufacturing site to recruit a Safety, People & Site Coordinator. The role blends safety leadership with people & culture, facilities support and operational coordination to keep the site secure, organized and compliant.

You will lead WHS initiatives, onboarding, maintenance coordination and training compliance, reporting to the Site Manager and collaborating with People & Culture to enhance the employee experience on site.
