The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist to join a supportive and growing team.
This opportunity is ideal for a clinician with at least four years of paediatric experience who enjoys mentoring others.
In this role, you'll provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior Speech Pathologists, helping them build confidence and develop their clinical skills.
You'll also maintain a diverse caseload across presentations including Autism, ADHD, global language delay, speech sound disorders, AAC, social communication differences and general developmental delays.
This is a clinical leadership opportunity focused on supporting your team—without the added responsibility of operational management, policies or procedures.
Whether you prefer working entirely from the clinic or incorporating community visits into your week, there is flexibility to tailor the role to suit your preferred way of working.

Qualifications
SPA registration (or eligibility for registration)
Minimum four years' experience as a Speech Pathologist
Passion for mentoring and supporting junior clinicians
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current driver's licence
