Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead a complex implementation program that turns big-picture strategy into real-world outcomes.
You'll work closely with senior leaders, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to keep multiple projects moving in the same direction and delivering tangible results.
You'll be trusted to run the day-to-day program, make smart decisions, and bring clarity to complexity.

What you'll be doing:
Turning education strategy into action
Translate high-level education and vocational strategies into clear, achievable program plans
Ensure projects stay aligned to learning outcomes, student experience, and educator needs
Driving the program forward
Turn strategic goals into clear, actionable program plans and roadmaps
Keep the program moving: managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery priorities
Coordinate several projects running at the same time
Manage shared resources and help teams navigate dependencies and competing priorities




Support project managers to hit milestones and deliver high-quality outcomes
Keeping things on track
Own the program budget and make sure funding is used where it matters most
Spot risks early and put practical mitigation plans in place
Ensure work is delivered to agreed scope, time, cost, and quality
Partnering with stakeholders
Be the go-to person between delivery teams and senior leadership
Provide clear, concise updates on progress, risks, and key decisions
Prepare steering committee packs and regular program reports
Supporting change and improvement
Work closely with the Change Manager to support communication, engagement, and adoption
Capture lessons learned and continuously improve how the program is delivered
Share knowledge and help lift capability across the broader program team

Confidence working within governance frameworks and executive oversight
Excellent communication skills, you can simplify complexity and influence at senior levels
