Base pay range

We operate across a diverse range of projects in the property and infrastructure markets and are seeking a motivated Associate to join our vibrant Brisbane team.
This role is perfect for a planner who thrives on managing complex projects, mentoring junior staff, and developing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead a variety of planning projects from start to finish, including the preparation and submission of development applications for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Statutory Planning Advice: Provide expert planning advice to clients, from initial feasibility studies and due diligence to detailed strategic planning and policy analysis.
Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base, government authorities, and other project stakeholders.
Technical Expertise: Ensure the delivery of high-quality planning reports and advice, with a strong understanding of the Queensland planning framework and local government schemes.
About You
You hold a tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning or a related discipline.
You have extensive experience (typically 7+ years) in town planning, with a significant portion of this gained in a consultancy environment in Queensland.
You have a proven track record of successfully managing complex development applications and providing strategic planning advice.
You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and report-writing skills.
You are a natural leader with a passion for mentoring others.
You are a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with a cooperative spirit.
