ASC, Australia's premier submarine company, is seeking an experienced Service Desk Team Leader to drive day-to-day operations of the IT Service Desk across multiple locations in Osborne, SA.
You will lead a team of Service Desk and Desktop Analysts, ensuring delivery of high-quality IT support, governance and lifecycle management of assets.
You will coach staff, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement, aligning with ITIL practices while liaising with senior stakeholders to sustain
