Job Description

CatholicCare Sydney is seeking a Manager, Workplace Safety and Wellbeing to lead our safety, wellbeing and risk strategy with a hands-on, practical approach. This permanent, full time role shapes policy and partners with executives to drive meaningful improvements across the organisation.

You will develop and embed safety systems, manage injury processes, and use data to inform decisions. A solid WHS background, regulatory knowledge and stakeholder influence are essential.
