Collect, establish, and maintain a network of third-party service providers (e.g., electricians) to meet business needs and improve service resource efficiency.

Ensure timely and effective closure of issue tickets, conduct follow-up visits, and assess customer satisfaction.
n
Collaborate with the PM team to allocate commissioning and troubleshooting tasks.
n
Responsible for the procurement and maintenance of relevant spare parts.
n
Refine and enhance related processes and systems.
n
Prepare and release team operation reports and related data analysis regularly.
n
Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Technical Service Director.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
n
A minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
n
Holds a legal working visa in Australia.
n
Work in the global largest inverter manufacturer and grow with the expanding local team.
