Job Description

Bridges on Argyle Motel in Traralgon, Victoria is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our front office team on a casual basis. The role will involve meeting and greeting guests, use of the property management system, booking, assisting guests during there stay and much more.

In this position, you will be required to work two evenings between Monday and Friday from 5pm to 9pm or 2pm-8pm and one weekend per month 2pm-8pm with the chance of more hours depending on the applicant.

What you'll be doing

n

Greeting and assisting guests in a courteous and skilled manner
n
Checking guests in and out efficiently
n
Handling guest inquiries, requests and complaints with tact and diplomacy
n
Maintaining detailed guest records and managing reservations
n
Performing various administrative tasks such as answering phones and processing payments
n
Supporting the broader hotel operations as needed
n
