We are seeking an Apprentice Diesel / Mobile Plant Mechanic to join our Darra team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on industry-leading earthmoving and construction equipment while completing a Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology.




What You'll Learn
Servicing, maintaining and repairing mobile plant equipment
Diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic faults
Performing preventative maintenance and inspections
Using industry-leading diagnostic tools and equipment
Understanding engine, driveline, hydraulic and electrical systems
Following workplace safety procedures and best practices
Completing the practical and theoretical requirements of your apprenticeship
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine interest in heavy equipment, diesel engines or mechanics
Is motivated to learn and develop a trade career
Has a positive attitude and solid work ethic
Is reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Enjoys hands-on work and problem-solving
Holds a current driver's licence or is working towards obtaining one
