The National Valuations Executive will play a key role in optimising valuation accuracy and supporting our insurer partners with reliable assessments.

Valuation & Market Analysis

Conduct salvage valuations, including but not limited to vehicles, heavy salvage, caravans and marine, using a combination of historical auction data, market trends, and proprietary pricing data.

Ensure valuations meet accuracy benchmarks and are completed within agreed SLA turnaround times.
n
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and auction trends to enhance valuation reliability.
n
Work closely with the Remarketing, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure valuations align with business strategies and customer expectations.

Provide valuation insights and reports to support internal decision-making and customer discussions.
n
Support the Remarketing team with pricing strategies to maximise auction outcomes.
n
Provide the Remarketing team with buy prices for denied claim vehicles.
n
Utilise the company's auction sales database to analyse trends and ensure valuation accuracy.
n
Assist with the maintenance of the IAA AU Vehicle Database and help with identification of vehicles for online advertising.
n
Continuously refine valuation methodologies by incorporating industry best practices and emerging data insights.
n
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards when conducting valuations.
n
Support the creation of the AU instance of the pricing guide build out and continuous improvement which in time will further support valuation accuracy.

Experience in valuations required with at least 2 years experience valuing vehicles, preferably salvage vehicles.
