Maintenance Handyman - Waterloo Location
Our client is currently seeking an experiencedHandymanto join their maintenance team, looking after a portfolio of retail and high-end residential buildings in Waterloo.
Key Responsibilities
General handyman and property maintenance duties
Minor repairs, patching, painting and basic carpentry
Attending to maintenance requests across retail and residential areas
Coordinating with building management, residents, tenants and contractors
Identifying maintenance issues and arranging appropriate repairs
Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and professionally
Maintaining accurate records of completed maintenance activities
About You
Previous handyman, property maintenance or facilities maintenance experience
Broad practical skills across general repairs and maintenance
Qualified presentation and strong communication skills
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Comfortable working within high-end residential and retail environments
Current driver's licence
Relevant trade qualifications would be highly regarded but are not essential
