High-net‐worth individuals and family groups, often with complex structures
Clients with multi‐entity structures, trusts, investments, and succession planning needs
The Role
You will manage a portfolio of clients and support the partners on strategic matters.
This is a hands‐on, client‐facing role where your technical knowledge and communication skills will be key.
Key Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS, and FBT
Providing strategic tax planning and structuring advice
Liaising directly with clients on compliance and advisory matters
Reviewing and mentoring junior and intermediate staff
Supporting partners on business structuring, asset protection, and other advisory services




Managing ATO correspondence, resolving queries, and ensuring timely lodgements
What You'll Bring
Minimum 4‐6 years' experience in public practice accounting in Australia
CA or CPA qualified, or nearing completion
Strong technical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software
