About the role
n
Working as part of the Club Lennox Sports kitchen team, you will help deliver consistent, high-quality meals while supporting effective kitchen operations across preparation, service and stock management.
n
n
Prepare and cook quality meals to a consistent standard
n
Support production,
food preparation and stock rotation
n
Assist with menu planning, costing and implementation
n
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation
n
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods
n
Support, lead and mentor kitchen team members where required
n
n
About you
n
n
Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery is essential, and it is preferable to also have completed a Diploma of Hospitality Management
n
At least two years' cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
n
Experience leading, supervising or mentoring kitchen staff
n
Solid knowledge of food safety standards and WHS requirements
n
A calm, professional approach under pressure
n
A genuine passion for food quality, presentation and customer experience
n
Availability to work a roster including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
n
Full-Time/Permanent Position Salary Expectation: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum
