Job Description:

n

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with expertise in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automation testing, API testing, and validating customer service applications.

n





Required Skills:

n

n
6+ years of Automation Testing experience.
n
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, or similar automation tools.
n
Experience in API testing using Postman or Rest Assured.
n
Solid knowledge of Agile and SDLC/STLC.
n
Experience in the Contact Centre/Customer Service domain (IVR, CRM, Call Routing, Agent Desktop, or Omnichannel platforms).
n
Positive understanding of defect tracking tools such as Jira.
n
Robust analytical and communication skills.
