Job Description

Ume Loans on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Credit Manager to lead the credit division and drive operational efficiency. You will oversee the credit team, ensure compliant lending decisions, and maintain customer-centric credit solutions.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with finance and sales to optimise risk, portfolio performance, and processes while upholding regulatory standards and the company's second-chance lending ethos.
