As a Practice Nurse, you will be an integral part of our primary healthcare practice team, providing comprehensive nursing care to our diverse patient population. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our community.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments, triage, and provide appropriate nursing interventions
n
Administer medications, vaccinations, and other treatments as per clinician orders
n
Assist with minor procedures and coordinate patient referrals
n
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
n
Support the practice's clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
n
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
n
Participate in ongoing career development and training
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
n
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary healthcare setting
n
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
n
Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
n
Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
