About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing motor insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers. You'll work in a modern office environment with a friendly and team-oriented team, where your contribution is valued.

Key Responsibilities

Manage insurance claims from lodgement through to settlement
n
Liaise with customers, assessors, repairers and insurers
n
Provide clear, professional communication and support to clients
n
Ensure claims are handled efficiently and in line with company policies
n
Maintain accurate records and documentation
n
About You
n
Minimum 1+ years of claims experience required
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
Ability to manage multiple claims and prioritise tasks
n
High attention to detail and problem solving skills
n
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
