In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and play a key role in shaping leasing strategies and tenant relationships.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties

Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns
n
Source and secure recent tenants through targeted marketing and networking
n
Negotiate lease agreements and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial terms
n
Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for value enhancement

Maintain strong tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly
n
Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to promote vacancies

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

Experience in commercial or residential leasing

A desire to succeed, learn and grow within a team of specialists

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Hold an Agent's Representative Certificate
