The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and support our centres across Sydney - Lower Central Coast suburbs.
n
Your day-to-day
n
n
Oversee the daily operations of multiple centres within your region
n
Lead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their teams
n
Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
n
Drive performance, quality, and engagement across your centres
n
Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
n
Build strong relationships with families, team, and the wider community
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven experience in a multi-site leadership role (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
n
Robust knowledge of early childhood education and care regulations
n
Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
n
A results-driven mindset, balancing compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Resilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety
n
Hold a valid working with children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
n
